The University of Houston-Victoria is dedicated to providing students with the opportunities they need to make their mark in the world. Established in 1973 with a main campus located in the small city of Victoria, Texas, UHV offers courses leading to more than 80 academic programs.
Location
UHV’s main campus is in Victoria, with an additional business campus location in Katy. Katy is about a 40-minute drive from Houston and a two-hour drive from Austin. Most of the school’s programs are online or in a hybrid format, allowing students to study from anywhere in the world.
Accreditations
UHV is accredited by AACSB. The AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide.
Programs
UHV offers two MBA programs. The Global MBA is a fully-online, 12-month program for applicants with little to no work experience. Candidates can choose to specialize in General Business, Finance, Human Resources Management, Management, and Marketing. The Strategic MBA is a 12-month, flexible hybrid program with specializations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources Management, Management, and Marketing
