Exemplifying the pursuit of business beyond borders, she relocated specifically to pursue her MBA at Bayes Business School. “I moved from Rome to London, specifically to join an MBA program with a good reputation,” Sabina says. (00:32)

Let’s further explore Sabina’s experience and the MBA programs offered at Bayes Business School.

A Selection of Three Unique Programs

Bayes Business School offers three unique MBA programs, each designed to accommodate diverse professional goals and lifestyles. They offer a Full-time MBA, an Executive MBA (taught in two formats, the Evening Executive MBA or the Modular Executive MBA), and the Global MBA (delivered online).

Full-Time MBA

The 12-month Full-time MBA program takes place in person in London. It is ideal for those who wish to advance in their role, take their career to the next level, or change industries or locations. It blends academic learning with practical, hands-on experiences through projects, workshops, and lectures.

Students complete a Strategy Consulting Project and Business Integration Project as part of the program. The program curriculum includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to ensure students stay ahead of industry trends. Students can personalize their learning experience by choosing electives.

Executive MBA

The Bayes Executive MBA program is ideal for those wanting to prepare for a C-suite role, enhance their leadership skills, or progress in seniority at their current organization. It is well suited for those who want to study while working due to the flexible, part-time format. It offers two part-time learning formats: the Evening Executive MBA and the Modular Executive MBA. Both formats cover the same curriculum.

Sabina, who completed the Modular Executive MBA at Bayes, found the program’s structure invaluable. “It’s a fantastic degree because it gives you really a little bit of understanding about different disciplines, which you can then develop [with] deeper research… when you actually work on the final thesis.” (01:13)

Global MBA

The Global MBA program spans 24 months, part-time, and offers five concentration areas: Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics, Digital Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Finance. The first year includes six core online modules, a professional development module, and an integration week in London.

Expanding Global Perspectives

The Modular Executive MBA program’s global reach was a major highlight for Sabina, who recalls how her three international electives enriched her experience and expanded her global perspective.

“I went to South Africa, to Dubai, and to Vegas. Also, we did an international consultancy program, so my cohort went to Vietnam.” (01:33)

In all of the Bayes MBA programs students can personalize their curriculum in the second year, based on their preferences and career goals. This includes international electives. These electives occur in diverse global locations, offering a distinctive chance to explore industries in different settings.

Growing With the Times

In addition to academics, Bayes currently hosts 16 student-led business clubs, including the Consulting Society, Finance & Banking Society, Women in Business, Real Estate Club, and more. These clubs provide students with valuable networking opportunities and foster a sense of community and collaboration.

Bayes Business School also fosters community and inclusiveness through initiatives like the Global Women’s Leadership Program. In essence, this program empowers and brings together current and aspiring women leaders through a series of speaker and panel events, hands-on workshops, and scholarships designed for ambitious women. Having benefited from one of their scholarships, Sabina feels a strong responsibility to help other women and give back.

“That’s why I joined multiple networks, where I either mentor younger women or I give different presentations at offices or associations, helping young women thrive and also look for these sorts of opportunities.” (00:58)

Realizing Bayes’ evolution over the years has been a positive experience for Sabina. “I can definitely see Bayes evolving with the spirit of times and with the speed of change that we see in the market.” (02:07)

The institution’s growth is also evident in events like the London Symposium, an MBA elective that unites students from all Bayes MBA cohorts. It also invites teams from global business schools, fostering networking and collaboration. Additionally, the ever-changing electives reflect current trends and needs in the business world.

“I was very happy to see subjects such as sustainability or AI being added to the core program for the students,” Sabina says. (02:29)

This ensures students remain ahead of industry trends, and become more conscientious and informed leaders.
