AGSM offers four MBA programs.
The AGSM MBA is a one-year full-time program that prepares students for a wide range of general management and executive careers. The AGSM MBA (Extension) is a full-time program taken over 2 years and seven months that is designed to give students business experience through internships opportunities or active research projects. To be eligible for both courses you need to have an undergraduate degree, at least two years of work experience, and a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
The AGSM MBA (Executive) is a full-time program taken over two to six years for senior managers and executives who want to build leadership skills. To gain admission you need to possess a prior degree from a recognized tertiary institution and a minimum of five years of professional or management experience.
AGSM also offers an LLM MBA that allows students an opportunity to obtain a dual degree in law and business. To be eligible you must have obtained one of several undergraduate law degrees from UNSW Sydney.
AGSM’s MBA programs are accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) International Accreditation. AACSB International is an independent American organization that accredits top business schools based on a standard of excellence in business education.
AGSM’s MBA programs also hold the EQUIS Accreditation awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). An EQUIS accreditation is one of the most comprehensive institutional accreditation systems for business and management schools.
AGSM offers over AS$2 million in scholarships every year. Their Full-Time MBA Scholarships and Part-Time MBA Scholarships provide financial support for exceptional students from various backgrounds, including ex-military members, women leaders, and indigenous leaders.
AGSM also awards Not-for-profit Scholarships to executives who come from the non-profit sector, mainly from charitable organizations.
As part of their diversity and inclusivity principles, AGSM also offers several Women in Leadership Scholarships and Indigenous Leaders Scholarships.
If you complete your MBA at AGSM, you will be uniquely eligible to apply for the Master of Advanced Management at the Yale School of Management (Yale SOM MAM). The MAM is a one-year degree program for MBA graduates from top international business schools, including AGSM! the program focuses on global leadership, with courses on business & society, as well as interpersonal skills. Upon completion, you’ll graduate with a prestigious double degree from the Yale SOM MAM and the AGSM MBA.
