Fun fact

In 2018, EHL signed an agreement with the city of Lausanne to develop an innovation ecosystem near the EHL campus, in the historical hamlet of the Quartier de l’Auberge of Chalet à Gobet. This project was named the Innovation Village. The Innovation Village has two core missions: to support entrepreneurship and to inspire and disrupt the food and hospitality industry. Offering a hospitality and food ecosystem for students, alumni, entrepreneurs, researchers, experts, and investors, the village serves as a space for the promotion of ideas and innovation to discover the latest trends in hospitality. For students at EHL Campus Lausanne, the Innovation Village Food Lab is a space to test and develop new food concepts.
