The MBA students follow a two-day workshop, focused on developing leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage teams efficiently in a challenging environment. As part of the leadership journey, MBA students participate in a Regatta race on the Belgian Coast. Participants learn how to communicate a clear vision and work as a team under the pressure of a sailing competition in a completely unknown and challenging environment. The Leadership Journey ends with a Consulting Project for real companies in Luxembourg in the sector of robotics, healthcare, satellites, and e-commerce. At the end of the 15 weeks, immersive project students will present their solutions and recommendations to the companies and faculty.
