Location

The Rotman School of Management is in the heart of Toronto just blocks away from Canada's commercial and financial hub. Toronto is Canada's largest city and offers a broad range of exceptional restaurants, clubs, and nightlife joints. Canada is heaven for nature lovers who can partake in a variety of outdoor activities such as a visit to Lake Ontario or a walk in one of the conservation areas.

Accreditations

Rotman School of Management is accredited by AACSB. The AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide.

Programs

Rotman offers five MBA programs. The Full-Time MBA is a two-year program, for early-career professionals and career changers with a minimum of two years of full-time work experience. The Morning MBA and Evening MBA is a part-time 28-30 month program for busy working professionals; classes are available in the mornings or in the evenings, with several core courses available online. The Rotman-SDA Bocconi Global Executive MBA, offered in partnership with the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy, is an 18-month program with a strong international focus. The Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences is an 18-month program designed for professionals from the healthcare and life sciences sector. The One-Year Executive MBA is a 13-month program for senior executives with at least eight years of work experience.

Scholarships

Rotman School of Management offers several merit-based scholarships, fellowships, and awards. MBA applicants are automatically considered for these scholarships. This includes The Forté Fellows Program (awarded to exceptional women candidates), the Lean In Canada Scholarship ( awarded to women with demonstrated leadership qualities), and the Reaching Out LGBT Fellows Program (awarded to LGBT candidates, covering 10,000 to 20,000 CAD).

Fun fact

The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) was established at the Rotman School of Management to foster the next generation of Canada’s technology startups while giving students practical experience working with world-class investors and entrepreneurs. MBA students will enjoy an immersive experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, as they help to bring to market the innovations needed to solve the most pressing problems of today. The ventures undertaken by CDL are in the areas of artificial intelligence, blockchain, health, space, matter, and neuroscience. Companies that have participated in the CDL programs have created over $18 billion in equity value.
