Location
Smith School of Business’ main location is at Goodes Hall on the Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario. The modern campus has a large central atrium, 16 classrooms, 20 meetings rooms, a non-denominational prayer room, and faculty and administrative offices.
SmithToronto is another facility in downtown Toronto, where many graduate programs take place including Smith’s Executive and Accelerated MBA programs. The site has classrooms, meeting rooms, staff offices, and event spaces. Smith also has an off-campus conference center in Kingston and Boardroom Learning Centers across Canada.
Kingston is a small city and a three-hour drive from Toronto and Montreal. Even though it is close to these major cities, Kingston itself is a buzzing university town with a thriving arts scene and world-class culinary options. Because the majority of Queen’s University students live within a 15-minute walk from campus, the school retains a strong sense of community.

Programs
Smith School of Business has four MBA programs. The Full-time MBA is a 12-month program that teaches technical skills and power skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, self-reflection, and time management.
The Smith Executive MBA (EMBA) is a part-time, 16-month program that delivers deep content on global business, preparing students to operate successfully in global business contexts. The Executive MBA Americas is an 18-month program offered in partnership with the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. This program provides a foundation in management fundamentals, international business, strategic thinking, innovation & entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and leadership.
The Accelerated MBA (AMBA) for Business Graduates is a 12-month, part-time program designed specifically for people with an undergraduate degree in business. The program uses a team-based approach with each team made up of 6-8 members.
Scholarships
Smith School of Business offers a variety of scholarships for all MBA programs. Available scholarships for Full-time MBA applicants include the Federau Kreel MBA Scholarship (awarded to female students with demonstrated academic excellence) and the MBA Opportunities Scholarship (awarded to Canadian citizens or permanent residents from a non-traditional employment and/or educational background).
Available scholarships for the Smith Executive MBA, the Executive MBA Americas, and the Accelerated MBA include the 30% Scholarship (awarded to highly-qualified female candidates), Scholarships for Black Students, and Scholarships for Indigenous Students.
