Accreditations
Católica Lisbon and Nova SBE are both triple-accredited business schools. Only 1% of business schools worldwide have received triple accreditation from the leading three bodies: AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS. MIT Sloan School of Management is AACSB-accredited.
Programs
The Lisbon MBA can be studied in two different formats: The International MBA is a full-time, 12-month program targeted at professionals with at least three years of work experience. The program primarily takes place in Lisbon but includes a one-month immersion at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, United States. It is ranked #1 in the world for International Course Experience by the Financial Times.
The Executive MBA is a more flexible part-time program that takes place over the course of 22 months. It is studied in different “blocks” throughout the 22 months, with a mix of three intensive weeks and 30 weekends of classes. It is targeted at professionals with at least five years of work experience and includes a one-week immersion at MIT Sloan. It is ranked as the #1 EMBA in Portugal by the Financial Times.

In the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2021, the Lisbon MBA was ranked #1 in the world for international course experience.
The program also scored high when it came to aspects like the average salary increase of graduates, goals achieved, and overall student satisfaction. According to the Financial Times, graduates of the Lisbon Executive MBA increase their salaries by an average of 55% over three years post-graduation.
