The University of Sydney Business School’s campus is in Sydney. Sydney is a multicultural city with a thriving cafe, restaurant, and retail scene. The Business School is located at two campuses, the state-of-the-art Abercrombie Building and the central CBD campus both equipped with advanced facilities and cutting-edge technology alongside plenty of greenery and study spaces.
The Abercrombie building consists of 9100 square meters of natural-light-filled learning spaces and sits near the University’s historic main campus. The CBD Campus is in a prime location situated in central-Sydney offering award-winning design studios and a multitude of opportunities after graduation.
Accreditations
The University of Sydney Business School is the only business school in Australia to hold the prestigious “triple crown” accreditation: to be accredited by the world’s leading international accreditation associations AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS.
The accreditation acts as assurance, to students and employers, of the educational quality within the program and its curriculum. The “triple crown” status is globally recognized and respected by international organizations.
Programs
The University of Sydney Business School offers three MBA programs. The MBA (Leadership and Enterprise) is an 18-month, full-time program for early-career professionals with a minimum of three years of work experience. The Part-Time MBA is a 30-36 month program for working professionals with a minimum of three years of work experience. And the Global Executive MBA is a part-time, 18-month program for senior business professionals with over ten years of work experience.
Scholarships
The University of Sydney Business School offers scholarships for the MBA (Leadership and Enterprise), the Part-Time MBA, and the Global Executive MBA. This includes the MBA Director's Scholarship (awarded on merit to full-time MBA students), the Indigenous Australians Leading in Business scholarships (awarded on merit to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students), and the UN Women Australia MBA Scholarship (awarded to exceptional candidates with demonstrated leadership qualities).
Fun fact
The University of Sydney Business School has several MBA Clubs and Societies. This includes the Club50 that enables and empowers diversity and inclusion in leadership through the forging of lifelong business and personal relationships; the MBA Consulting Club that exists to help students develop skills in the field of Management Consulting through solving complex problems and communicating solutions to senior stakeholders; and the MBA Technology and Innovation Club that uses MBA problem-solving skills to analyze technology trends in business, and ideates using the latest technologies to solve real-world challenges through innovative solutions. Joining one of these MBA clubs is a great way to gain experience, make connections, and dive into issues that you are passionate about.
