School
FLAME University was established in 2015 under the FLAME University Act 2014 as India's first dedicated liberal arts and management education institution. The acronym FLAME represents Foundation for Liberal and Management Education. It is recognized by UGC and has been awarded NAAC A++ accreditation. Moreover, it has been awarded a Diamond ranking for the QS I-Gauge rankings. FLAME pioneered interdisciplinary education in India. The university's philosophy integrates rigorous business education with liberal arts, humanities, social sciences, and creative arts, developing socially conscious, ethically grounded business leaders.

Programs
FLAME offers a two-year full-time residential MBA with specializations in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Operations. The unique curriculum integrates six components: Core Courses, Specialization Courses (Major + Minor), Liberal Education Courses, Experiential Learning, Open Electives, and Capstone Projects. Students participate in Career Academies led by industry professionals, mandatory summer internships, business simulations, and the FLAME-ME360 personal development module. An MBA in Communications Management is offered as a specialized variant.
Scholarships
The FLAME Fellows initiative offers up to 20 full-tuition scholarships for top performers with CAT/XAT scores above the 90th percentile or a GMAT score above 650. Additional merit-based scholarships for academic excellence, FLAME Sports Scholarships for national/state-level athletes, and need-based financial assistance are available. All applicants are automatically considered for scholarships without a separate application.
