A Focus on Soft Skills

EADA prides itself on being a trailblazer in leadership. In addition to the hard skills, their MBA programs uniquely focus on students’ soft skills and leadership development. Students have the opportunity to grow their potential and empathy and strengthen their ability to lead groups toward change/positive impact.

The EADA representative explains in the TikTok interview, “An MBA will empower your career because it trains you into growing your potential as a leader. The top skills that recruiters are looking for are empathy, the ability to lead groups towards change, towards positive impact.” (00:01)

EADA’s specialized leadership programs, such as Leadership Development and Executive Leadership, help students reach their full potential. EADA recognizes that recruits value leadership skills. These initiatives set EADA’s MBA programs apart from others by highlighting the crucial role of soft skills in business.

The EADA representative highlights, “We work a lot on that. What have been your experiences? What is your potential? And what soft skills you’ll need to go one step forward in your career.” (00:14)

The goal is to make students more attractive candidates for roles after their program. To do so, EADA assesses their experiences and soft skills to identify growth areas. The leadership program also uses an outdoor training methodology to promote personal development.

Are MBAs still in Demand?

While an MBA can be an investment of time and money, the rewards can be worth it. Benefits include enhanced professional skills, higher salaries, and better career advancement opportunities. Companies seek skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, all of which MBA programs help to develop.

A common question is, “What roles are available after completing an MBA?” Some of the top industries where an MBA is highly valued include:

  • Consultancy
  • Banking and Finance
  • Technology
  • Healthcare
  • Energy
  • Education

“The sectors that are traditionally recruiting MBAs are finance, consulting, technological companies, [and] healthcare. We definitely see a growing demand in many different fields,” says the EADA representative. (00:22)
