Location

Cal Lutheran’s campus is nestled against the hills in Thousand Oaks, midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. The campus is not far from Malibu's sandy beaches and also some of the best ski hubs. The campus offers a perfect blend of the dynamic rush of LA, with the laid-back vibes of Santa Barbara. With California’s year-round sunny weather, students can make the most of outdoor activities along with their studies. 

Accreditations

Cal Lutheran School of Management is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). ACBSP specializes in the accreditation of Business programs globally.

Programs

Cal Lutheran offers the following MBA programs:

The MBA - Online & On-Campus. This program is available on-campus in Thousand Oaks or can be taken completely online. To be eligible applicants require a relevant bachelor’s degree, a GMAT score, and two letters of recommendation.

The Executive MBA. This program is a hybrid course (online and compressed weekend courses) that explores topics relevant to senior business leaders. The minimum requirements to apply for this program are a relevant bachelor’s degree, GMAT scores, and at least five years of relevant work experience. 

The Executive MBA in Europe. Cal Lutheran offers a US MBA to students from Central and Eastern Europe. Students in the program take a combination of online and weekend courses in Austria and a two-week immersion program in California.

Full-time MBA for international students. This program is a 12-24 month full-time, on-campus course for international students. To be eligible, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and English proficiency.

Cal Lutheran offers a variety of scholarships to graduate students.

Fun fact

Cal Lutheran has been called the West Coast's “Cradle of Coaches”. It has produced a number of famous sports stars and coaches over the years, including former Detroit Lions Head Coach Rod Marinelli, retired Major League Baseball All-Star pitcher Kevin Gross, and Jason Hirsh, a Major League Baseball pitcher. Other notable alumni include writer James Duke Mason, Disney Channel star Jason Dolley and Miss California 2006 winner Jacquelynne Fontaine.
