Location

Located at the heart of Old Towne Orange in California, Chapman University’s bright and sunny campus is right around the corner from the historic Orange Circle. This is an area packed with beautiful parks, entertainment venues, dining options, and museums. Students and locals alike have the opportunity to visit art venues and archives, partake in world-class entertainment, and make the most of numerous campus activities. There’s no shortage of things to do or visit in and around Orange, California. 

Accreditations

Chapman University is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities (WSCUC). WSCUC accredits public and private higher education institutions in the United States and around the world.

Programs

The Argyros School of Business & Economics offers a range of MBA programs. Their full-time MBA is a 16-21-month program for professionals looking to advance their careers and become influential business leaders. The school’s Accelerated MBA is only available to current Chapman University undergraduate students and allows students to obtain both an undergraduate and graduate (MBA) degree.

Additionally, the Argyros School has a variety of joint degree programs offered in conjunction with other business schools. The JD/MBA is a four-year program that allows students to earn both a JD and MBA degree simultaneously. The MBA/MFA in Film and TV Producing is a three-year, full-time program for individuals seeking a management position in the entertainment industry. Lastly, the MBA/MS in Food Science is for students who currently (or aspire to) work in the food industry.

Scholarships

The Argyros School of Business & Economics offers a few scholarships, including Merit Scholarships (based on factors in your application), Military Scholarships (US$1,000 scholarships for service members, military spouses, and veterans), and the Yellow Ribbon Program. In this program, eligible MBA students may receive up to US$6,000 per academic year. 

The university also encourages domestic students and permanent residents to explore other sources of financial aid, such as student loans.

Fun fact

Chapman University offers students a great way to balance academics and athletics. The university is home to over 500 student-athletes who compete in 21 sports at the NCAA Division III level in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC). In addition, Chapman sponsors seven sports programs ranging from men’s lacrosse to cheerleading.
