Programs
The Drucker School of Management provides two MBA programs. The Drucker MBA is a two-year, full-time, or two-and-a-half-year part-time program. To be eligible applicants must have a U.S. equivalent bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a recommended but not required three years of work experience. The Flex MBA targets mid-level managers and entrepreneurs looking to hone their leadership. To be eligible applicants must have a U.S. equivalent bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six years of full-time, professional experience or equivalent.

The Drucker School of Management was named after Peter Ferdinand Drucker (1909 - 2005), who was an Austrian-American management consultant, educator, and author, whose writings contributed to the philosophical and practical foundations of the modern business corporation. He was also a leader in the development of management education. He invented the concept known as management by objectives and self-control, and has been described as "the founder of modern management".
