KEDGE has an MBA Development Programme that offers up to 18 hours of individual confidential coaching sessions. The program also has group sessions and provides ongoing support to MBA students. The program is intended to promote students’ self-confidence and open-mindedness and to help them succeed in the workplace. It aims to help students meet their career goals. A survey done after the program showed that 97% of students said the program increased their self-confidence in the workplace.
