Location
TIAS School for Business and Society has two campus locations in Utrecht and Tilburg. Utrecht is a lively, historic city with many buildings and structures dating as far back as the High Middle Ages. The city is a short train ride away from Amsterdam. Tilburg is in the southern province of the Netherlands. It is a fast-growing city with a growing student and expat population.
Accreditations
TIAS School for Business and Society is accredited by AACSB and AMBA. The AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is an international impartial authority on postgraduate business education, established in 1967.
The institution is also accredited by the Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), which is the independent accreditation organization set up by the Dutch and Flemish governments.
Programs
TIAS School for Business and Society offers four MBA programs. The Full-time MBA is a 12-month program for early-career professionals with at least three years of work experience, available on-campus in Utrecht. The Executive MBA is a part-time, 24-month program designed for candidates with at least five years of work experience, available in Tilburg. The Executive MBA in Food and Agribusiness is a part-time, 24-month program designed for professionals interested in working in the food and agricultural sector. The Global Executive MBA, offered in partnership with Purdue University, is a part-time, 19-month program with a strong international focus, designed for professionals with a minimum of five years of work experience.
Scholarships
TIAS School for Business and Society offers several scholarships for the Full-Time MBA program. This includes the TIAS Scholarships for Future Leaders (awarded on merit and the strength of the candidate's application), TIAS Scholarships for Women in Business (preference is given to candidates from developing countries), and the TIAS Scholarships for Sustainability and Responsibility (preference is given to candidates from developing countries).
Fun fact
TIAS School for Business’s InCompany program works directly with corporations and organizations to create customized programs that will help these organizations transform themselves. The programs are intended to anticipate market change and provide a strategic plan for transformation. In order to stimulate entrepreneurship and innovative behavior in the organizations, InCompany uses state-of-the-art learning interventions including A.I.-based feedback tools and simulations. InCompany has worked with leading organizations in the Netherlands including Randstad, Darling Ingredients International Holding BV, Deltion College, De Heus, Rabobank Groep, GGN Mastering Credit N.V., ANWB Opleidingen, MCB International B.V., Avans Hogeschool, De Lage Landen, IHC Merwede Holding B.V., Kamer van Koophandel, BDO, ABN AMRO, Brabantia, Aedes, Allevo, Royal Haskoning DHV.
