The Woodbury School of Business is THE go-to place for Utah commerce, which insists on filling its workforce with exceptionally educated, practically skilled, and deeply motivated graduates.

Woodbury School of Business (WSB) is located in the Wasatch and Summit counties in Utah, USA. The university is made up of several campuses, as well as several athletic venues, places to eat, a library, a campus store, a handful of theaters, a concert hall, and an amphitheater.

Utah itself is known for its family-friendly environment and unique geography – from snowy mountains to salty lakes to arid deserts. With “Industry” as the official state slogan, Utah is home to several companies, including BambooHR, Domo, Bluehost, Qualtrics, and VIA Motors. In the US, Utah ranks among the best states when it comes to healthcare, governance, education, and infrastructure. In short, with a low cost of living, diverse neighborhoods, and a variety of recreational activities, there is something for everyone in this humble, yet impressive, state.

Woodbury School of Business is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities as well as by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Woodbury School of Business has one MBA program, offered in a one-year, full-time format, as well as a professional, part-time, two-year format. In the full-time, accelerated program, classes generally take place during the day on Mondays to Thursdays, and no work experience is required. On the other hand, in the part-time program, classes typically take place in the evenings on two to three nights per week. Candidates should also have between two and four years of professional experience if they want to pursue the professional MBA program at WSB.

The MBA program covers core business topics, such as general management, marketing strategy, consulting, financial reporting, and operations management. Students can also choose electives and areas of concentration like Technology Management, Marketing, Finance, Management, and Healthcare Management.

Woodbury School of Business offers MBA scholarships to both residents and non-residents of Utah. This includes the Gardner H. & Dorothy Russel Leadership Endowed Scholarship and the Presidential Masters of Business Administration Endowed Scholarship.

Out-of-state tuition waivers are also available for the full-time MBA program, which are awarded based on merit.

Inclusion plays a crucial role at Woodbury School of Business and at Utah Valley University more broadly. Through its various initiatives – both within its staff and faculty as well as its students and alumni – and academic programs, the university strives to build a culture of inclusion and inclusive learning. For example, Utah Valley University is home to several centers and initiatives that aim to serve historically underrepresented groups. This includes the Melisa Nellesen Center for Autism, LGBT Student Services, Multicultural Student Services, the Reflection Center (a place for meditation, prayer, reflection, and other forms of individual religious expression), and the Wee Care Center (on-campus childcare).

The university is also on a mission to increase representation in its community. Between 2009 and 2016, the university increased enrollment of students of color by nearly 110%. The number of faculty of color also increased by 112%.
